We all find it hard to slow down and step off the treadmill, which is why the Wednesday Wind-Down gives you the perfect time and headspace to feel reset, ready for bed and anything the rest of the working week is going to throw at you. We work through a series of slow poses designed to get you feeling relaxed and ready to drift off into a peaceful sleep. All levels welcome. I recommened bringing a pillow and a blanket/something warm to cover you in case you get cold towards the end of the class.
